Day 1&2 of the 14 day abs challenge🔥
Let’s get into day 2 🔥
Day 2 is here and you're doing awesome! Your dedication and effort are truly inspiring. Remember, consistency is key, and you're already building a strong foundation for your fitness journey.
Today's Motivation: Growth is about adaptation and overcoming challenges. As you power through Day 2, remind yourself of the strength you possess and the progress you're already making.
Today's Exercises: Today's exercises are the same as Day 1. If yesterday was too easy for you, feel free to add a set or increase your reps. The goal is to challenge yourself and keep pushing your limits!
Side Planks: 3 sets of 20 seconds each side.
Ankle Touches: 3 sets of 30 touches (15 each side).
Flutter Kicks: 3 sets of 30 seconds.
Knee Tucks: 3 sets of 15 reps.
Take your time, focus on your form, and go at your own pace. If you’re unsure about any exercise, you can always revisit the Day 1 YouTube video (link will be below).
