🔥 Day 13 & 14 of the 14-Day Abs Challenge! 🔥

Let's crush it!!

Hey Abs Challengers,

Wow! Can you believe we're already on Day 13? The finish line is so close we can almost touch it. But guess what? We're not slowing down; we're going full throttle!

Today's workout is designed to keep that momentum going, to stretch the limits of what you thought was possible. If you've been with me from the start, you'll recognize some of these moves but don't be fooled; they're arranged in a way to keep that core burning and your interest piqued.

Today's Exercises:

  1. Ab Walk Outs: 3 sets x 30 seconds

  2. Reverse Crunches: 3 sets x 30 seconds

  3. Plank: 3 sets x 30 seconds

  4. Plank Up Downs: 3 sets x 30 seconds

🔥 Rest for 60-90 seconds between each set.

Remember, fitness is a journey, not a destination. Keep pushing, keep challenging yourself, and most importantly, have fun with it!
