DAY 4 💥 14 DAY ABS CHALLENGE
Let's get into day 4!!
Hi Friend,
It’s Day 4, and you’re doing an incredible job! Your commitment is inspiring, and every day you're becoming stronger and more capable. Keep pushing forward – you're achieving amazing things!
Today’s Motivation: Every rep, every set, every day is a step towards becoming the best version of yourself. Keep challenging yourself, and you'll reap the rewards.
Today’s Circuit: As a reminder, today’s exercises are the same as Day 3. It’s another chance to push yourself and strive for improvement. Feel free to adjust the reps or add weight to increase the challenge if it felt too easy yesterday - click on the video below for full instructional.
Plank: 3 sets of 30 seconds.
Mountain Climbers: 3 sets of 20 reps.
Dead Bug: 3 sets of 10 reps (5 each side).
Full Sit-ups: 3 sets of 15 reps.
Perform the circuit three times, resting for 60-90 seconds between each set. Remember, it’s not about how fast you go – it’s about your form, your effort, and your progress.
