It's Day 3 of the Abs Challenge, and you are rocking it! Your energy and dedication are fueling this journey. Keep the momentum going and embrace the power within.
Today’s Motivation: Embrace the challenge, and you'll emerge stronger. Remember, it's not about being perfect; it's about giving your best effort and making progress.
Today’s Circuit: We're switching things up with a circuit format today. Perform the exercises back-to-back, and then rest for 60-90 seconds before repeating.
Plank: 3 sets of 30 seconds.
Mountain Climbers: 3 sets of 20 reps.
Dead Bug: 3 sets of 10 reps (5 each side).
Full Sit-ups: 3 sets of 15 reps.
Perform the circuit three times, resting as needed between each set. Your core will be on fire, and you'll feel the strength building with each rep!
