Today's Exercises: Let's dive in and crush these exercises one more time:

  1. Plank Up Downs: 3 sets of 30 seconds.

  2. Opposite Toe Touches: 3 sets of 10 reps.

  3. Toe Taps: 3 sets of 15 reps.

  4. Plank Arm Out: 3 sets of 30 seconds.

Feeling stronger today? Try increasing the intensity by adding more reps or holding the plank positions longer. Remember, it's about progress, not perfection!
