  • Deadlifts: Build overall strength with 4 sets of 6-8 reps.

  • Dumbbell Flies: Target your chest with 4 sets of 10-12 reps.

  • Barbell Shrugs: Strengthen your traps with 4 sets of 12-15 reps.

  • Hammer Curls: Sculpt your biceps with 4 sets of 15 reps.

  • Close Grip Bench Press: Focus on your triceps with 3 sets of 20 reps.
