Challenge Day 1 Is Kicking Off Today!!!

Welcome to Day 1! Today, we focus on building strength with weights. Remember, form over speed or heavy weights this week!

Exercises:

  1. Bench Press (or Push-ups for beginners) - 3 sets of 10 reps

  2. Dumbbell Row - 3 sets of 10 reps

  3. Shoulder Press - 3 sets of 10 reps

  4. Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 12 reps

  5. Tricep Dips (or Seated Dips for beginners) - 3 sets of 10 reps

Rest for 60 seconds between sets.

If you're just starting, focus on lighter weights or fewer reps. Let's get those muscles working!

I have made a video for you to follow along and see how the exercises are done. It’s important to watch these to see the main focus of each exercise and how to approach it to get the best out of every set and rep.

Remember, each week will be building onto the next. At the end of the day, you are challenging yourself. Go into the gym with a goal, make sure every rep and set counts! AND ONE LAST THING! YOU ARE GIVING YOURSELF A HEADSTART GOING INTO 2024 😎😎
