I hope this email finds you pushing your limits and chasing your dreams, just like I am. Six months post-partum and every day feels like a new chapter in my strength journey. As a former professional athlete, I've always been driven by goals, but this post-partum journey? It's unlike any other challenge I've faced. And I'm here to embrace it, every step of the way.

I'm thrilled to share that I've just wrapped up week 6 of my leg specialization program. The dedication, the sweat, the moments of doubt, and the triumphant victories - I've captured it all. And guess what? I've documented my entire week of workouts for you. Raw emotions, the highs, the lows, and everything in between. This week had a mix of upper and lower body splits, and I've poured my heart into each session.

But here's the thing, while I'm pushing my body to its limits and setting new benchmarks, I'm also learning to give myself grace. Being a mom has added a beautiful layer of complexity to my life. Every rep, every set, every workout is not just for me, but for the little human who means the world to me. I want to show her that her mom is strong, resilient, and unstoppable.
