Can you believe it? You're now more than halfway through the 14-Day Abs Challenge! I'm truly proud of the effort, resilience, and dedication you've been showing. It's not just about the end result; the journey itself shapes us, and you're doing fantastic! 💪

Today's Power-Packed Workout:

  1. Plank Hip Dips: 2 sets of 30 seconds

  2. Mountain Climbers: 2 sets of 20 reps

  3. Push-Up 1 Arm Plank Twist: 2 sets of 5 reps on each side

  4. Ankle Touches: 2 sets of 30 reps

Rest for 60-90 seconds between sets. And remember, if you're feeling like these exercises are becoming more manageable, don't hesitate to push yourself a little further and add a third round to the circuit.

Daily Motivation: Remember, every day you choose to show up, you're not only working on your physical strength but also building mental resilience.
