I completely understand how tough it can be to fit in workouts amidst our bustling schedules. Life can be overwhelmingly busy, and sometimes, it feels like there's just no time for ourselves. But I truly believe that doing something, even if it's a quick little workout, is better than doing nothing. It's these small steps that lead to bigger transformations.

This week, my little Mia needed more of my attention. There were times I had to hold her more, which meant I trained less or even had to take longer breaks during my sessions. And you know what? That's perfectly okay. Life happens, and our priorities shift. But it's essential to remember that taking care of ourselves is just as crucial.

That's why I created this video. I want to help you get in a workout, even if it's just for a few minutes. Prioritizing yourself, even in short bouts, can make a world of difference. It's not about the length of the workout but the commitment and effort you put into it.
