As we gear up for Day 3 of our 21-Day Upper Body Challenge, I am incredibly proud of the commitment and energy you've shown so far. Remember, each day is a step forward in our journey towards strength and transformation.

Day 3 Workout Preview:

  • Band Pull Aparts: 3 sets x 15 reps

  • Push-Ups: 3 sets x max reps

  • Band Bent Over Row: 3 sets x 10-15 reps

  • Tricep Push Down Trio: 3 sets (1 arm x 10 reps each, then both arms for 10 reps)

  • Band Bicep Curls: 3 sets x 12-15 reps

Remember, a 45-second rest between each set is crucial for recovery.

As we continue to push our boundaries, I want to remind you that the real strength lies within your perseverance and dedication. Day 3 is not just about the exercises; it's about proving to yourself that you can overcome challenges and emerge stronger.

Looking ahead, I want to give you a heads-up that Week 2, starting next Monday, will introduce new challenges.
