Guess what? Yesterday, as I was finishing up a workout, my baby decided it was the perfect time to show me her version of a "plank." It was adorable, but let's just say it involved a lot more giggling and rolling around than actual planking! That moment made me think about how we all start somewhere, and every step in this journey counts, no matter how small it seems.

Now, let's get you one step closer to your dream abs!

Today's Expert-Level Abs Circuit:

  1. Butterfly Sit-ups: 3 sets of 15 reps

  2. Alternating Toe Touches: 3 sets of 10 reps per side

  3. Alternate Prone Superman: 3 sets of 10 reps per side

  4. Russian Twists: 3 sets of 10-15 reps per side

🕒 Rest 60-90 seconds between circuits, and aim to complete the circuit 3 times for maximum impact.

Quick Pro Tip: Quality over quantity, always. Make every move count by engaging your core throughout these exercises.
