Today’s Dynamic Workout:

  1. Incline DB Bench Press - 4 sets of 8-10 reps (Go HEAVY)

  2. DB Upright Row - 4 sets of 15 reps

  3. Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows - 4 sets of 8-10 reps

  4. Alternating Single Arm DB Curls - 3-4 sets x 10 reps each arm

  5. Triceps Kickbacks - 4 sets of 15 reps

Remember, the goal is to challenge yourself with heavier weights while maintaining good form. Feel the power in your muscles as you conquer each set!
