Wow, what a ride it has been! We've laughed, we've sweat, and most importantly, we've grown stronger together over these past two weeks. As you complete your final sets today, I want you to take a moment to recognize how far you've come. From Day 1 to Day 14, it's been a transformation not just for your abs but for your spirit too!

Today's Exercises for Day 14

  • Ab Walk Outs: 3 sets x 30 seconds

  • Reverse Crunches: 3 sets x 30 seconds

  • Plank: 3 sets x 30 seconds

  • Plank Up Downs: 3 sets x 30 seconds

Rest 60-90 seconds between sets, and as always, adjust the difficulty to your level.
