Welcome to Day 1 of the 14-Day Abs Challenge! I’m so thrilled to have you join me on this exciting journey toward a stronger, more powerful core. Together, we're going to crush it!
Remember, every great journey begins with a single step. Today is that step. Embrace the challenge, listen to your body, and trust in your strength.
Your core workout for today includes:
Side Planks: 3 sets of 20 seconds each side.
Ankle Touches: 3 sets of 30 touches (15 each side).
Flutter Kicks: 3 sets of 30 seconds.
Knee Tucks: 3 sets of 15 reps.
